This policy explains what Health Care Software Alliance L.L.C. (“HSA”, “we”) collects through this website, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
It covers the website only. Patient, prescription, claims and pharmacy data inside our software is processed under the agreement with each customer, not under this policy.

Health Care Software Alliance L.L.C., a limited liability company licensed in Abu Dhabi (licence no. CN-2483653), of Office No. 901, Nawat Building, Khaled Bin Al Waleed Street, P.O. Box 31702, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect
What you give us:
- Demo and contact forms: your name, work email, phone, company, location, the products you are interested in and your message.
- Support tickets: your name, work email, site, product and a description of the problem.
- Chat and WhatsApp: whatever you write to us there.
- Tick boxes: that you agreed to this policy, and whether you asked to hear from us.
What we collect automatically:
- Your IP address, to limit how many messages one connection can send. It is kept as a scrambled key for ten minutes, then deleted.
- Your approximate region, worked out from your IP address, to show the regulator approvals that apply where you are. It is not stored.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, arrange a demo or handle your support ticket — the reason you sent it.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
- To send you product news and updates, only if you ticked the box to ask for them.
- To keep the records we need to run the business and meet our legal obligations.
You can withdraw your agreement at any time. Doing so does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job below:
- Hostinger hosts this website, on servers in North America.
- Brevo (France) delivers form messages to our team, and sends our marketing emails if you opted in. Those emails may record whether they were opened or a link was clicked.
- Crisp (France) runs the website chat, if you choose to use it.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the conversation if you choose to message us there, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
This means your information may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. We only use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the law that applies to you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and support tickets are kept for as long as we need them to deal with what you asked and to keep reasonable business records. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any of our emails or by writing to us.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies of its own. If you open the chat, Crisp sets the cookies it needs to keep your conversation, and we save a small note in your browser so the chat reloads on the next page you visit. Nothing else is stored in your browser.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it
- stop sending you marketing
Write to iso@hsa-mena.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you are — in the UAE, the UAE Data Office; in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes, and change the date at the top.
