The website describes our products and services for information only. It is not an offer, and it is not legal, regulatory or clinical advice. Features, integrations and approvals vary by product, region and agreement; the agreement you sign is what applies.

Our content and trademarks
The content of this website, and the names and logos of HSA and our products, belong to us. You may share links and quote short passages with a credit; anything more needs our written permission.
The logos of health authorities, regulators and other companies shown on this site belong to their owners. We show them to identify the systems our software connects to. Showing them does not mean those organisations endorse us.
Other websites and services
Links to other websites, and services such as WhatsApp and our chat provider, are run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without promising that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.

Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
